  • Please note that all ticket sales are final. 

  • Tickets may be transferred in the event of an emergency. All transfers must be communicated to the event organizer no later than one day before the hunt. DLB will not facilitate monetary transactions between parties. Tickets are nonrefundable under any circumstances.

  • In the case of inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled for the following day, March 29th.

  • A waiver must be signed to participate. After registering, you’ll receive a link to complete the waiver electronically. Once completed, you’ll receive your QR code.

Rider tickets participating in the chase. Admission includes access to social spaces, a thoughtful welcome gift from Third Fieldmaster Mrs. Kathy Glockner, a 2025 De La Brooke (DLB) vixen hunt sticker, and a delicious lunch and pre-hunt refreshments. Riders will also enjoy access to a mid-hunt refreshment station, ensuring you stay energized for the adventure ahead.

  • Enjoy a Thursday night adventure with Third Fieldmaster Mrs. Kathy Glockner, including an overnight stay at her charming home, complete with dinner, drinks, and breakfast to start your day off right on the day of the hunt.
